Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business:

Hi everyone! I am Charlett, a Sales Coach & Feminine Leadership Mentor. I was in corporate sales + marketing for 10+ years and transitioned to sales coaching online for female entrepreneurs when becoming a mommy.

✅ My job is to help you create consistent cash in your business in a way that feels good – through simple sales strategies and feminine energetics. I have helped dozens of female leaders build sustainable businesses online.

What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

Being part of a high-level community

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

Becoming a mommy. I wanted to be present with my kids while still pursuing what I love – helping women crush sales online

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

sales + marketing in the corporate world for 10+ years

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Yes, I always had it in my bones. both of my parents are entrepreneurs

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out, and did it go as planned?

I started in social sales and hit 6 figures within the first year. While I loved selling products online my passion was and still is in leadership development. In 2021, I added sales coaching and never looked back. I wanted to leave corporate to be more present with my kids and noticed quickly that I worked more as an entrepreneur than at corporate. I was hustling a lot and felt really burned out until I learned to honor my masculine AND feminine energy. That approach changed my life and that is also something I am passionately teaching my clients now as well.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

Initially, I only operated on my masculine energy which left me feeling exhausted. I hired a coach in 2021 that helped me embody my feminine energy in business and life and my business skyrocketed and also my relationship with my husband drastically improved.

What is the accomplishment you are the proudest of to date?

Creating a sustainable business that creates 5 figures for months with ease while only working part-time hours to enjoy plenty of time for my family. I am most proud of helping my clients create the same for themselves.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

While it might never be perfect – I highly recommend learning to embody your feminine & masculine energy to create a business and life you love.

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

I believe that long-term mentorship is key to exponential growth. My only regret is that I didn’t hire my coach sooner.

What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

I would like to celebrate my most recent client Ruby who went from $0 – $21k in 4 weeks by building a sustainable business with simple sales strategies and integrating feminine energetics during our time together.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I am launching my next Mastermind – Feminine Empowered Sales in September. This will be an ongoing mastermind that you can join anytime to connect with other female entrepreneurs and master online sales.
