Describe your business in a few words:

I am a mom, daughter, sister, business owner, and more! I started my business for both financial freedom and to be a work-at-home mom. I created Operations-Made Easy to help diverse women with the Operations of their business. Deliberative, disciplined, and detail-oriented are just a few words we use to describe ourselves. We take your ideas from your head and bring them to life in a way that is organized and efficient so that you can work in your zone of genius.

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

I worked in Higher Education for 8 years within Admissions.

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

I honestly did not have one. I just started my business. My strategy was just to connect in FB groups. It worked!

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

My biggest challenge was setting my boundaries with clients. I have learned that you need to set them and you need to follow them! The moment you let one "sly" it's hard to get it back.

What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

Never giving up! I am proud of building something that works for me, my family, and my clients!

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

Yes!!!

1. SET BOUNDARIES!

2. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

What excites me about being a member is are all the resources and connections! I have met some great ladies so far and looking forward to meeting more. I love being surrounded by like-minded women who are growing their empire! The resources have been great as well.

What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I am moving into a consulting model. I want to help as many women possible with an operations strategy that works for them and helps them achieve their goals sooner rather than later.
