Siham Lahmine is the businesswoman behind Morocco Travel Organizer. She is a well- known name in the world of high-end and customized travel. The fact that she started Morocco Travel Organizer shows how much she loves making unique travel experiences that connect deeply with the cultural richness of Morocco. Professional Prowess in the Travel Industry: Siham's years of work in the tourism industry are marked by her deep understanding of Morocco's rich cultural landscape.

 She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdullah University in Fes, which gives her a strong academic background that helps her in her professional work. In 2013, she took a big step forward in her career, which led her to become an expert in Morocco Travel Organization. In the end, this path led to the creation of Morocco Travel Organizer. Siham's main goal with this business is to create itineraries that are more than just trips; they are life-changing experiences that meet and go beyond the expectations of travelers in Morocco who are looking for luxury and privacy. 

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Employee in tourism for 7 years then freelancer for 2 years and business owner for 2 Years now!!!

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

Passion, Passion, & Passion - I am passionate about what I do and once Covid hit, it was the time for me to take a step forward to build my own model business that speaks to my vision which is a Custom Experiential Trips throughout Morocco that connects you locally!

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Yes, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and independent

Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

Word of mouth was gold for my business, I have had travelers who have known me for years and supported my journey.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?

Investing in social media Platforms doesn't always pay off so you need to invest in communities and being part of Entreprenista was the right investment without a question.

What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?

Creating a new experience, which is farm-to-table in a bio farm close to Fes, 1200 years city, and finishing sipping tea in a cave with the local owner.

Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you'd like to celebrate with our community?

Yes, thanks to the power of being part of communities, I have gained more visibility, empowerment, and positivity that my business is progressing well.

What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Building solid connections is what I am expecting to see over the next few years, and also investing back in women in Morocco, which is important and one of the reasons why I have started this journey!

What is your top productivity tip? 

Don't panic when you face any challenges, instead take a deep breath, grab a coffee with a friend and solutions will find your way.

On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?

Through traveling, I am an avid traveler and LOVE LOVE LOVE exploring new places.

What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?

Work smart and not hard, prioritize YOU as a person which is important.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

That I knew it before, honestly it is an amazing journey and the support of the other women is outstanding!!

If you've raised capital for your business already, what are some of your best tips or lessons learned?

Sometimes you may think that something is a necessity, just because everyone is talking about it. But you will need to analyze deeper what is really a must for your business.

What's the one app on your phone you absolutely cannot live without and why?

WhatsApp as it connects you to the world.

What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?

Hiring freelancers where needed because there are many experts and you just need to find them and use their expertise to answer to your needs.

What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
