Who are your customers?
My customers are primarily female entrepreneurs who are seeking alignment and clarity in their businesses. These women value community support, practical strategies, and continuous learning to help them navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and achieve their goals. Through my programs and events, I provide the tools, resources, and inspiration they need to thrive in their business ventures.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
What made me take the leap to start my own business was the realization that I wasn't willing to conform to the social confines of corporate America. I recognized early on that I had a unique voice and a story to share, and I felt a strong calling to create a space where I could inspire and empower others. I wanted the freedom to innovate, make a difference, and build something meaningful on my own terms. This drive to break free and pursue my passion led me to start my own business, where I could truly make an impact and help others find their own paths to success.
What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?
The biggest challenge I've encountered along the way is overcoming the desire for perfection. I learned that it doesn't have to be perfect; it just needs to be done. Striving for perfection can be paralyzing and often delays progress. I realized that taking action, even if it's not flawless, is more important because it allows for growth and continuous improvement. In business, everything is constantly evolving, and embracing the idea that done is better than perfect has helped me move forward, adapt, and succeed. This mindset shift has been crucial in helping me achieve my goals and maintain momentum.
What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?
The accomplishment I am most proud of to date in my business is helping women realize their worth. It's incredibly rewarding to see them understand that they are so much more than the money they earn. Their visions, ideas, and businesses are truly amazing, but it's their hearts that make their enterprises thrive. Witnessing these women embrace their value and confidently pursue their dreams has been the most fulfilling part of my journey. This impact, seeing their personal and professional growth, is what drives me every day.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
What's next for my business is an exciting expansion into media. I have several projects in the works with a streaming platform that will elevate "The Possible Woman" to a whole new level. Over the next few years, you can expect to see a greater presence in the media space, with new content designed to inspire and empower even more women entrepreneurs. We're gearing up to reach a wider audience and provide even more resources, stories, and support to help women realize their full potential and achieve their business dreams. Stay tuned—big things are on the horizon!
What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?
My approach to work-life balance is rooted in the understanding that true balance is more of an integration than a perfect equilibrium. I draw inspiration from the book The Four Agreements, particularly the principle of doing your best each day. Life is unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected challenges arise. Embracing this reality means accepting that you can only do the best you can with the resources and energy you have at any given time. For instance, if you catch a cold, you’ll handle the day differently compared to when you’re feeling 100% healthy. By focusing on doing your best within those circumstances, you can navigate both work and personal life with greater flexibility and resilience.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
One thing I wish I had known when I started my Entreprenista journey is that I could have joined a supportive community and network sooner. Connecting with like-minded individuals and mentors earlier would have provided valuable insights, encouragement, and resources right from the start. It’s incredible how much faster and more effectively you can grow with the right support and guidance from the beginning.
