What made you take the leap to start your own business?
This isn't my first :)

Bringing together an incredible community of supportive women who care about this industry like I do.

I like to ask about their strengths and to describe their dream role.
How has your business or industry been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic?
Many women are coming to us looking to hire or be hired because unfortunately they were let go from their previous role.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
We're re-launching WIIM to get even better than ever! We will be adding more resources, more recommendations, and more ways for our members to be featured as the thought leaders they are.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned in 2020?
To roll with the punches.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you were first starting your business?
I wish I knew to listen more.
Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?
I do! I'm definitely a workaholic so I try to make my work more fun so that I can infuse a little more "life" into it.
What's something our audience would be surprised to learn about you?
That I have a beautiful stepdaughter!
What are your top 3 tips to stay productive each day?
Start the day with goals in mind, be realistic about those goals, and communicate with your team before starting anything so everyone is on the same page.
What does being an Entreprenista mean to you?
It means celebrating that inner voice that gives you bold ideas.
