In 2014, Trish experienced a life-altering event when she had a near-death experience. During this time, she journeyed to the “other side” and was resuscitated twice by paramedics. Following a nine-day coma, Trish bravely overcame the challenges of two strokes resulting from oxygen deprivation and diligently relearned essential activities of daily living. Despite these adversities, she emerged as a true miracle, displaying excellent health today and often seen with a bright smile on her face. Trish’s transformative journey led her to alternative healing methodologies and a deep involvement with healers. Eventually, she herself became a healer. Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

When we launched Healerverse, our marketing strategy focused on building relationships, leveraging social media, and content marketing. We partnered with well-known healers to build credibility and used engaging social media posts to create buzz. Our blog provided valuable content, boosting our online presence, and targeted email campaigns nurtured leads. Hosting webinars and virtual events showcased our offerings and engaged our audience. While we faced some challenges, our strategy largely went as planned, leading to a growing, vibrant community on Healerverse.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?

The most significant challenge I’ve faced has been finding an exceptional tech team. This has been a considerable hurdle, resulting in significantly longer development times and higher costs than initially anticipated. From this experience, I’ve learned the importance of hiring a top-notch tech team from the outset. It’s crucial to obtain referrals before making a decision, ensure the team has relevant experience, and take the time to interview multiple candidates thoroughly. Don’t rush the project; clearly define your requirements, seek comparisons, and consult other tech experts to review the team you’re considering. This careful approach can save time and resources in the long run.

What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?

One of the accomplishments we are most proud of at Healerverse is creating a thriving community of healers and those seeking healing. We’ve successfully brought together a diverse group of practitioners and clients from around the world, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This achievement is highlighted by the numerous success stories and testimonials we’ve received from users who have experienced profound personal growth and healing through our platform. Seeing the positive impact we’ve made on so many lives reaffirms our mission and drives us to continue enhancing our services and expanding our reach.

Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

We’re thrilled to share a few recent wins from the past year with our Healerverse community! One of our most exciting achievements has been the successful launch of our Healerverse mobile app, which has significantly increased accessibility and engagement for both healers and users. Additionally, we hosted our first on site event. This event not only expanded our reach but also deepened the sense of community and connection among our members. These milestones reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in the wellness space.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Over the next few years, Healerverse is poised for exciting growth and expansion. We plan to introduce new features that enhance the user experience, including advanced tools for healers to connect with clients, innovative wellness programs, and immersive virtual events. Additionally, we aim to expand our community by partnering with more healers worldwide and offering multilingual support. Our focus will be on continuous improvement and user feedback to ensure Healerverse remains at the forefront of the wellness tech industry. What is your top productivity tip? 

My top productivity tip is to establish a structured daily routine that prioritizes tasks based on their importance and urgency. I find it incredibly effective to start the day with a clear plan, breaking down larger projects into manageable steps and setting specific goals for what needs to be accomplished. Using tools like task lists and time-blocking techniques helps me stay focused and on track. Additionally, incorporating short breaks to recharge and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are key to sustaining productivity over the long term.

On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?

To avoid burnout, I prioritize self-care and maintain a healthy work-life balance. This includes setting clear boundaries between work and personal time, ensuring I get adequate rest, and engaging in activities that rejuvenate me, such as meditation, exercise, and spending quality time with loved ones. I also practice mindfulness to stay present and manage stress effectively. Regularly assessing and adjusting my workload, delegating tasks when necessary, and taking short breaks throughout the day are crucial strategies I employ to maintain mental and physical well-being. These practices help me stay energized and focused, preventing burnout.

What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?

My approach integrates flexibility, mindfulness, and structured time management. One thing I wish I had known when I started my Entreprenista journey with Healerverse is the critical importance of building a strong and reliable tech team from the beginning. Initially, I underestimated the complexity and significance of having a skilled tech team that aligns with the vision and goals of the platform. This led to multiple challenges, including extended timelines and increased costs. If I had understood this from the start, I would have focused more on vetting and securing top-tier tech talent through comprehensive due diligence. This includes getting referrals, reviewing previous work, and ensuring they have experience in similar projects. This knowledge would have saved me time, resources, and stress, allowing for a smoother development process and a more robust platform.
