Dr. Cindy Tsai is an award-winning board-certified physician, TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and Chief Wellness Officer as the visionary founder of Yes and More, a personal growth and wellness company. As an inspired thought leader, Dr. Cindy understands that what is traditional or common practice doesn’t inherently equate to what is best in terms of how each individual can cultivate a state of wellness.
