Rosemarie Rutecki, PharmD, IFMCP is a Pharmacist, Board Certified in Functional Medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. Rutecki has always been passionate about health and wellness. Dr. Rutecki helps High Performer individuals find the root cause of their condition.
What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?
You are who you surround yourself with, and I want to be surrounded by strong female energy to inspire me and also serve them.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
As a healthcare professional, your call is to help others. The traditional medicine model keeps people sick and overmedicated, and with Functional Medicine I have been able to change people lives.
What was your background prior to starting your own business?
Pharmacist, Entrepreneur, Student and Mom!
What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?
My clients get amazing results and one of them was able to lose 40 pounds, heal her gut, and reverse her autoimmune issue. Her mindset and relationship with food also improved.
Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?
Yes, do what you can and be present with your family!
What's a piece of advice you can share that you wish you'd known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?
Be present and enjoy the ride!
What have you achieved recently that you'd like to celebrate with our community?
I'm being more active on social media - before, I was putting it aside and creating excuses to not do it, like "my hair is not ready" or "I have no makeup." I show up the way I am and I deliver a message of health.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
I would like to create affordable group coaching sessions and courses.
