Many of you may be aware of my experience with the challenges of infertility, pregnancy, loss, and then the birth of my daughter, Mollie Hope. Today, in a special episode, I share the full story in a conversation with Randi Zinn, founder of Beyond Mom and host of the Going Beyond podcast
In this episode, I sit down with Randi to share my fertility story. I talk about how, early on, I knew I wanted to be a mom. I discuss the different diagnoses I received throughout my journey, and I talk about the importance of treating the conditions that inhibit your fertility instead of simply trying to work around them. I talk about how sharing my story on social media empowered me and helped me to connect with an amazing support system, without which Mollie wouldn’t have made it. I note the importance of listening to your intuition, and I share the experience of the surgery I underwent to try to save both of my babies. I share the story of how Mollie was finally born, and I talk about the mentality of asking how I can turn every trial into something positive.
