I want to take a moment to sing the highest praise for Tamara & the amazing team at Behind the Screens. I literally could not do what I do without them! In the beginning of 2023 I could no longer run my business alone (which was a good thing), but being the control freak that I tend to be - I was scared to trust anyone with my business due to horror stories I had heard from other creators. Working with the BTS team was a dream! They're really great at anticipating what you need before you even know it. I would come to them with an idea and they would implement it, create systems around it, and make sure everything was taken care of.
