Recruiting is broken, which is why Talent Curation is the way of the future. Imagine a white-glove, high-touch affordable approach to identifying highly personalized, long-term talent for your business. We believe every human being, fundamentally, wants to belong. We want to find our people – not just collect a paycheck. Our proprietary process allows us to identify talent beyond the skill set to value set and culture. At the same time, we are engaging highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, senior talent to work before the world puts them out to pasture. It’s a win, win, win!

What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

The ability to learn from/grow with other driven professionals who are women!

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

Fatigue of corporate glass ceiling (former Sr. Partner here)!

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Thirty years of marketing/advertising/creative Agency expertise in a start-up, highly matrixed global organization traded on Wall Street and highly specialized boutique.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Yes

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out, and did it go as planned?

Word-of-mouth and it worked like you wouldn’t believe!

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

Lack of liquid capital to scale.

What is the accomplishment you are the proudest of to date?

Double revenue in four years (would have been two but COVID).

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

Yes. Read. Leave your computer. Love your mate!

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

Starting a business is like having a child, you’ll never be ready. Just jump!

What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

I’ve added two subcontractors that are helping me to scale my business.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Exponential growth. Ideally a concept that I can get funded and eventually sell.
