She discusses the forward-thinking you should employ when striving for a promotion and how you can canvas for that position by doing the job before you get it. Liana reveals the two questions she asks every job candidate and what else she’s looking for when hiring. We also discuss parenting and the workplace and why being upfront about your boundaries and working hours in this current lockdown era is more important than ever before.
