Describe your business in a few words:

I’m a Connection Coach who helps women unearth their deepest desires, move from auto pilot to intentional action and prioritize their wellbeing.

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

I’m a multipotentialite – meaning, I have tried multiple things and tested multiple careers ranging from legal assistant to beertender, to ABA Therapist to fitness instructor.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Not in the traditional sense. But I always knew I’d go where my heart told me to go. It led me here.

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

I’ve “launched” a few things within the scope of being self-employed and heck no!  It never goes like you plan. But experience is crucial to learning what your next step is.

What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

Trusting my intuition and always having an open mind. It’s given me opportunities I couldn’t have formed myself.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

I believe in creating a life that lights you up. Whatever that looks like to YOU!  My work/life balance is different each day. I do what my energy pulls me towards and schedule work and play in my planner.

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

Inward validation is much more important than outward validation.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Growth. Both inner and outer. More learning, more experimentation – this time, completely on my terms!
