Describe your business in a few words?

Concierge, online health consulting for the modern world.

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

Failure of conventional medicine, desire for freedom, creativity, flexibility to embrace my human design (Manifestor).

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Licensed and practicing Physician Assistant in Psychiatry.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

No, I actually struggled with limiting beliefs in this regard and openly shared how I would never want to run my own business out of fear of failure, overwhelm of perfection, and a play it safe mindset.

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

Organic authenticity, social media and local exposure – yes, this really got my business off the ground and within 6 months my business was ready to scale and start ad marketing

We always learn the most from our mistakes, share a time with us that you made a mistake or had a challenging time in business and what you learned from it?

Sometimes the hustle involves patience.

What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

I am most excited that I was able to leave my traditional, conventional medicine job within 3 months to run and operate my online health business exclusively and live my best life while helping others to live their best lives!

How has your business or industry been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic?

I launched my business in the midst of COVID to fill a need for online only health management!

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

Exponential growth, impactful information, inspirational education.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned in 2020?

Every delay or set back is an opportunity for growth, successful people may have fears but they never let their fears win.

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you were first starting your business?

Trust yourself and trust your intuition, overcome limiting beliefs FIRST.

How have you managed to stay grounded this year?

Self-care, self-care, self-care!!!

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

YES!!! Daily movement, deep breathing, grounding or earthing, FUN and LAUGHTER!

What’s something our audience would be surprised to learn about you?

I am from a very small town in New Mexico and wanted to be a fashion designer growing up.

What are your top 3 tips to stay productive each day?

Mindset, manifestation, brain fuel!

What does being an Entreprenista mean to you?

It means I am more powerful than I could have ever imagined and more impactful that I ever dreamed.
