Getting Back Up with Hilary Coles of Hims & Her‪s‬

Hilary Coles Headshot 1

Hilary Coles launched Hims & Hers when, after moving from Canada to the US, she discovered that navigating the healthcare system isn’t nearly as simple as it could be. Through the companies, she has helped destigmatize both physical and mental health issues. She built the two brands from the ground up, and through them she continues to make the experience of booking a doctor’s visit as accessible as possible across the country as telemedicine becomes the new norm.

Today you’ll hear how Hilary’s personal experience in healthcare impacted her decision to launch Hims & Hers. She discusses the magical experience of launching Hims, as well as one of the biggest challenges. She shares her most crucial piece of advice for making important decisions, noting that more urgent decisions require more deliberate consideration, not less. She talks about how Hims & Hers have pivoted over the past year to better meet the needs of customers. She shares exclusive insights into her exciting upcoming haircare collaboration and also tells how she’s staying grounded this year.

“Taking care of yourself changes the way you think about your future. It changes everything about yourself.”
