First Meeting Spring 2022 for upcoming Entreprenista Circle

Stephanie Cartin, CEO & Co-Founder of Entreprenista, Co-Founder of Socialfly, and Courtney Spritzer, CEO of Socialfly & Co-Founder of Entreprenista first became introduced to the idea of a business coach and a peer group for support, as they were in the trenches growing their social media agency, Socialfly.

Leslie Grossman,

Founder of Circle Leadership

My vision is a world where gender equality is a 'given', not a goal.

My purpose is to serve female leaders. I support them to harness their inner power to fully develop their leadership skills and live their personal visions while leading their peers, direct reports, and collaborators to achieve the vision of the organizations they serve.

I am the faculty director of the Executive Women's Leadership Program at The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, teaching 2 programs to executives & entrepreneurs and to high potential women leaders.

An entrepreneur myself, I founded the Women's Leadership Exchange (2002 - 2012) which produced 85 conferences attended by 65,000 female leaders and have spoken around the world.

I also recently launched Circle Leadership, to multiply my work by 1000. Circle Leadership engages coaches, consultants, HR, talent development, and learning executives to provide women everything they need to lead and be their best selves and accomplish their personal goals, and live the lives they choose.

Phyllis Calvano,

Phyllis Calvano has deep and diverse experience - a combination of coaching and consulting for small to medium-sized businesses and corporate finance and strategic planning. She leads & facilitates leadership groups of CEO’s/Business Owners and a business development group. She is a business strategist and visionary who successfully helped guide The New York Times Company through seismic market changes, creating long-term business plans that became the blueprint for future business decisions. She also brought teams together to deliver results which led to the creation of new revenue streams and reduced infrastructure. For the past 8 years, Phyllis has taken this experience and applied it to her work with smaller businesses.

Phyllis is passionate about working with diverse teams in solving business issues and delivering results. She is all about helping leaders grow, especially women, by giving them the right tools combined with the expertise and experience of those in their peer group. Over the course of her career she has had the privilege to work with many corporate and private businesses leaders, helping them grow their businesses and grow themselves as leaders.

Phyllis holds a BBA in Accounting from Iona College and an MBA in Taxation from NYU. Over the past 8 years, she has had deep training in coaching and leading Peer Advisory Boards.

This combination of her skill set, experiences and passion make her an ideal facilitator of our Entreprenista Leadership Circles.

WHAT'S THE MAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ENtreprenista circles & the league?

Entreprenista Circles is facilitated by a certified business coach that has monthly coaching specifically for you and your Circle. This membership is highly specialized whereas our community is foundational support, Entreprenista Circles is the routine check-in you need to grow.

Is it just for Entreprenista league members?

Entreprenista Circles will exclusively be opening its doors to Entreprenista League members during its first Circle round.

Our vision is to then make this an additional offering we can grant women business leaders on a larger scale.

WHat is the difference between a certified coach & A "coach"?

Certified business coaches like Leslie are certified from a reputable organization like, VISTAGE: The Worlds Largest Executive Coaching Organization. Leslie Grossman and all other upcoming Entreprenista Circles coaches will be certified business coaches who have historical experience transforming the lives of leading CEO's, and Entrepreneurs.

How many times will we meet?

Entreprenista Circles will meet once a month virtually. You will also have full access to a private Circle chat to ask questions and lean on your Circle and Coach throughout the month.

Will we be with the same Circle throughout the Entreprenista Circles program?

Yes! This is your trusted group of women leaders. Your business coach Leslie will support you all to create a safe, trusted place where you can grow together.

How long is the Entreprenista Circles program for?

Entreprenista Circles is a recurring yearly membership.

What time are the meetings set for?

Meetings with your Circle will be held via Zoom. They will be once a month for 90 minutes, at 1 pm EST to accommodate Entreprenistas from every timezone.

Is there a set curriculum for Entreprenista Circles?

No, Entreprenista Circles will be highly customized for the Circle members. Your Business Coach will support your Circle in setting your business goals, accountability check-ins, and cultivating a unique relationship with each of you where you will all learn from one another.
