Syd couldn’t find a kindergarten program for her bright, curious daughter so she started her own with 27 students in a shopping center. 12 years later, she sold the six-acre, 500 student K-8 school. Her next business was a fitness studio for people of all ages and sizes! Syd loves being an entreprenista! Syd is now known as a wellness educator and the author of “All-Day Energy: 100 Ways to Boost Your Energy…Now!” She helps women tweak what they eat and how they move their body, to feel terrific at any age.
