I’m Tara Vosse, founder and CEO of Entreprenista.com.

I am an empowered woman. I am a big dreamer. I am a leader. I am a changemaker. I am a mentor. And I am an entrepreneur.

When I was 21, I launched my first small business. Since then, I’ve launched eleven additional bootstrapped ventures – two of which became six-figure businesses – including an international social media agency (which I currently run with my business partner), a graphic design firm, online clothing resale store, two direct sales distributorships, and a retail-concept childcare & activity center.

Throughout the years, I’ve succeeded and failed through trial and error. I’ve worked solo, I’ve had employees, I’ve had a downline, I’ve created joint ventures, and I’ve had partners. I’ve done many things right, and I’ve made many mistakes. I’ve had some great successes, and I’ve had some great learning opportunities.

Through it all, I’ve learned many things, but one thing stands out above all the rest: I’ve learned that passion is priceless, and with passion comes the power to accomplish anything your heart desires.

I started Entreprenista for three reasons.

1.  I am madly in love with entrepreneurship. I love the creativity, the passion, the determination, the tenacity, the blood-sweat-and-tears, and the sheer insane courage it takes to become an entrepreneur. I have crazy respect and admiration for those who choose that path.

2.  I am ridiculously passionate about helping women achieve meaningful success; to take their creativity, passion, genius, and talent and SHINE. I believe we all have the power to create the life we desire, and I believe that when a woman stands in her brilliance and truly owns that power, she radiates an energy that lights up the world.

3.  I became deeply frustrated with the mysteriousness of building a successful business. I experienced firsthand the struggle, stress, and heartache in the process, and knew that if I was feeling that way, others had to be feeling that way, too. And I was right. I saw far too many people giving up on their dreams because they weren’t making enough money and finally had no choice but to throw in the towel. So I dedicated myself to finding a better way.

My Entrepreneur Manifesto

I am an entrepreneur. I am a dreamer. I am a visionary. I am a leader. I am a creative. I am a rebel. I am a firestarter. I am a wild card. I am a bold and courageous risk-taker. I am passionate. I am fierce. I am powerful. I am brilliant. I am wise. I am worthy. I experience success, and I experience failure. I experience joy, and I experience pain. I experience confidence and pride, and I experience self-doubt and fear. I call deep on my courage. I make mistakes with gusto. I live out loud. I leap before I look. I buck the status quo. I BURN THE DAMN BOX, and I burn the midnight oil. I run confidently and steadfastly and boldly in the direction of my dreams, and I do not-will not-must not accept defeat as an outcome.

I. AM. Unstoppable.
